This speculative book cover was designed to captivate and invite the viewer to linger and connect with Lady Diana's character, to stand out and leave a memorable impression on whoever is called by its unique beauty.
Meet the Historical Figure
Princess Diana, also known as Lady Di. She was a British philanthropist and became a timeless global icon. Her beauty and good taste immortalized her as a symbol of elegance and an influencer in fashion, but it was her open behavior towards people that transformed her into the people's princess.
Creative Process
This illustration series was created starting by analogue colored pencil sketches followed by a watercolor base layer. At this point the drawing was scanned, digitally painted and enhanced in Procreate.
